SERMON SERIES
Week 1
“The King is a Lamb”
Pastor Chris reflects on Jesus' Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem, revealing Him as the humble Lamb of God, not the conquering King the people expected. Through His sacrificial act, Jesus became the ultimate Passover Lamb, offering peace with God and securing redemption for all who believe.
Week 2
“Figs, a Whip, and a Widow”
Jesus’ cleansing of the temple was not a moment of rage but an act of righteous love, exposing hypocrisy and calling God’s people to true worship. By overturning tables and cursing the fruitless fig tree, Jesus showed that holiness isn’t about appearances—it’s about a heart surrendered to God.
Week 3
“Redemption, Redefine and Remember”
In Luke 22:14–20, Jesus redefines the familiar Passover meal to reveal the ultimate redemption found in His body and blood, establishing a new covenant. As we take communion, we remember His sacrifice and look forward to the day we will celebrate with Him in His Kingdom.
Week 4
“Man of Sorrows”
In the garden of Gethsemane, we witness Jesus at his most sorrowful—overwhelmed with anguish yet surrendered to the will of the Father. This moment reveals the depth of his humanity and the strength of his obedience, as sorrow gives way to unwavering faithfulness.
Week 5
“This Changes Everything”
The resurrection of Jesus changes everything—our view of God, our relationship with death, our purpose, and how we worship. On Easter morning, what seemed like the end became a new beginning as the empty tomb invited the world to experience the life-changing reality that Jesus is alive.
