SERMON SERIES

Week 1

“Praise vs. Preferences”

Pastor Chris announces a shift to one service, aiming to strengthen unity and encourage growth. He begins the new series, “It Is and It Isn’t”, teaching from Psalm 100 that worship is about praising God, not personal preferences, and invites the congregation to embrace a heart of gratitude in worship.

Week 2

“Unity vs. Union”

Pastor Chris continues this series by exploring the difference between unity and union in the church, emphasizing that Christian unity is rooted in Christ, not in shared interests or backgrounds. He addresses how the shift to a single service should foster spiritual unity rather than just structural union.

Week 3

“Growing vs. Numbers”

Pastor Davis emphasizes that true spiritual growth requires active participation and nurturing relationships. He challenges the congregation to see every gathering as an opportunity to cultivate personal faith and multiply God's love, uniting all generations into a thriving community.

Week 4

“All Generations vs. My Generation”

This sermon explores the importance of all generations working together in faith. As the church transitions to a single service, it presents a crucial opportunity for older generations to mentor, guide, and welcome younger believers, ensuring that faith is passed down with love, relevance, and unity.

It Is & It Isn’t

THE TRUTH BEHIND WHY WE GATHER

Preceding our church’s transition to move from two services to one service, this series explores the deeper "why" behind this decision. This shift is rooted in our desire to align with God’s heart and purpose for our church community.

We’re focusing on key values: Unity, Invitational Living, Space, Refuge, Growth, and Energy. These messages challenge us to embrace what matters most and let go of what doesn’t. Through this series, we hope to grow together as a family that reflects God’s love and finds strength in shared purpose.
