SERMON SERIES

Week 1

“Selah in Action”

In a world filled with busyness and uncertainty, the Psalms invite us to pause, reflect on who God is, and wait on Him with trust. We see how bringing our struggles honestly to God allows His faithfulness to reshape our perspective and remind us that salvation belongs to Him.

Week 2

“How Long, O Lord?”

In Psalm 110, we see Jesus as our King, High Priest, and Judge, the One who has saved us from sin and will one day defeat every enemy, even death. When we wonder when God will make things right, we can trust that in His perfect time and according to His plan, He will make all things right.

Week 3

“Look Up and Listen”

Psalm 19 reminds us that God reveals Himself through creation and Scripture, inviting us to know Him and draw closer to Him. Even in seasons of extensive waiting, we can look up, turn to God’s Word, and allow the Holy Spirit to transform us as we move forward together.

Week 4

“The God Who Pursues Us”

In Psalm 23, we discover how the Lord provides for and walks with us through life's darkest valleys, and pursues us with His goodness and mercy. Because Jesus is our Good Shepherd who laid down His life for us, we can trust Him to meet our needs and faithfully lead us all the way home.

Week 5

“Confident Obedience”

Psalm 121 reminds us that when life feels overwhelming, our help comes from the Lord, who sees us, knows us, and remains with us. Because God is always present and faithfully preserves us, we can face hardship and move forward in confident obedience, trusting we never walk alone.

Week 6

“Living Water”

Through Jesus’ encounter with the Samaritan woman in John 4, Pastor Joshua Kirstine reminds us that worldly things can never fully satisfy our deepest longings. Only Jesus offers the living water of eternal life, calling us to find lasting satisfaction in Him and share His grace with others.

Week 7

“Search Me and Know Me”

Psalm 139 reminds us that we are fully known and wonderfully made by God, even in our weaknesses and struggles. Rather than hiding from Him in shame, we are called to surrender our hearts, confess our sins, and allow Him to transform us through the grace of Jesus Christ.

Week 8

“The Steadfast Love that Does Not Quit”

In Psalm 107, Michael Parra reminds us of God’s steadfast love that never quits, rescuing us from wandering, captivity, affliction, and life’s storms. Through Jesus Christ, we are called to rest in His finished work, remember His faithfulness, and gratefully share what God has done.
