1. Power On Systems: Turn on all audio equipment, including mixing consoles, stage boxes, amplifiers, wireless, etc. Ensure all components are properly functioning.

2. Console Setup: Prepare the mixing console with the correct settings and ensure it is connected to the rest of your system.

• Load the console “VYGRS 2026” scene

3. Wireless Setup: Prepare wireless equipment by testing battery level, and labeling with team member’s name.

• Wireless equipment is receiving signal

• Battery levels are adequate

4. Stage Setup: Organize the stage by marking each person’s position and set up equipment in its proper place for service.

• Mark stage positions

• Place and patch microphones and DIs

• Place and patch wedges

5. Team Check-In: Connect with your worship team, ask them how they’re doing, and address any last minute changes to the day.
